I am presenting short excerpts about with the Red Velvet Authors using their title in their excerpt.
First up is Anne Kane's Ribbons and Lace.
All he wants for Christmas is a sexy little elf!
When Leonardo Delgado fell in love with a woman who was already engaged, he resigned himself to loving her from afar. But when her fiancée ran off with another woman, he knew exactly what he wanted to make his Christmas Merry!
Amanda-Lyn doesn’t believe in love any more. She takes a job as an elf at the local mall, and starts to rebuild her life. A nice one-night stand without all that romantic nonsense is all she wants this holiday season. It might have worked, too, except for her sinfully handsome boss and a jolly old matching-making man in a red suit and cap.
Amanda-Lyn studied her reflection in the mirror with a critical eye. It was damn cold at the North Pole. Who in their right mind believed that elves ran around in costumes like this? Soft red velvet, the skirt barely covered her ass, and the matching jacket was low-cut and tight enough that it felt like her breasts were going to pop right out. Match those with a pair of fuck-me boots and Amanda-Lyn felt worse than naked. A great outfit to help her seduce the boss, but she didn’t need to traumatize the kids coming to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. She needed to tread a careful line between those two goals.
After a thorough perusal of her closet, she added a pair of candy cane striped tights to make sure she didn’t expose her ass to all the good little boys and girls. Leaving the jacket partially unzipped, she’d donned a nice lace shirt with a red ribbon threaded around the neck, under it, to soften the effect.
Ribbons and lace. Her grandmother always told her that ribbons and lace could fix up any outfit, and Amanda-Lyn actually believed they might have rescued this one. Still sexy as hell if the boss happened to put in an appearance, but her boobs weren’t in imminent danger of exposure.
Next up is Vera’s Christmas Wish

“I don’t know if this is the right thing to say, Vera. I’m not really accustomed to talking with humans, but I need you in my life. I’m not sure how we’ll make our relationship work.” Pekka grimaced. His hand fell away from her inner thigh. “However, I’d like to try. You’d have to come to Finland, and I’d have to… uh… talk to my… boss, but I believe you’re here for a purpose. For me.”
Her eyes widened at his words. They were exactly what she’d wanted to express to him herself.
He leaned away, looking nervous. “If you’re uncomfortable with --”
Vera placed a fingertip over his lips, not allowing him to continue with his worrying. She pushed him onto his back on the bed, straddling his hips. His eyebrows rose. Uncomfortable didn’t even come close. More like joyful! “I’m not, because I want to be with you.”
Okay, maybe she was a little concerned with how she’d break the news to her family, but they already thought she was crazy for going to Finland on vacation by herself two years in a row during Christmas.
Regardless, Vera would finally be getting her Christmas wish.
Next is Merry Mate by B.J. McCall
A red velvet Santa's hat that only fits one's true love? Sierra doesn't believe in magic, but she's willing to give it a try and find her merry mate.
Banning is in love with Sierra, but the werewolves of Elk Mountain stick to their own kind. Banning would do anything to spend time with the beautiful she-wolf and he's more than willing to try on a Santa's hat to please her.
Humans are off limits, but what's a wolf to do when the hat is a perfect fit?
“If our luck doesn’t change by Christmas, we return the doll and the hat.” Nan looked at the shopkeeper. “For a full refund?”
“Full refund,” Mystery said.
Thinking this was the most foolish thing she and Nan had done since they’d decided to cut and color one another’s hair after drinking a pitcher of margaritas, Sierra pulled out her credit card.
Nan snatched it out of her hand and gave it to the shopkeeper. “Ring us up.”
Mystery processed the sales and handed over their purchases. “Have a wonderful holiday.” Then she looked at Sierra. “Merry mate.”
Packages in hand, Sierra and Nan left the shop.
“What is she?” Sierra asked.
“Mystery? Not your run of the mill human,” Nan said.
“There’s something about her I can’t quite put my finger on.”
Nan giggled. “Do you think she’s a witch?”
“Could be, but she may be a seer and sees the future.”
“Do you think it will work, the doll and the hat?”
Sierra glared at Nan. “Now you have doubts? Our credit cards just got dinged for five hundred bucks. Each!”
A slow smile curved Nan’s lips. “We’ll know soon. Christmas is only a week away.”
“Yeah, seven whole days to find my merry mate. I can’t believe I bought into that.”
“Maybe seven’s your lucky number.”
“To go with my lucky hat.”
Nan laughed and hooked her arm in Sierra’s. “I’m starving. Let’s find a place for lunch, have a glass of wine and make a plan.”
“The hat is a perfect fit for your mate, right? All we have to do is find him.”
Next is Reindeer Sex Games by Lacey Savage
Rudolph is convinced reindeer were meant to keep their hooves firmly on the ground, but that's just not an option when Christmas comes around. Santa and the rest of the world need him to guide that sleigh. He usually finds his courage in a glass of whiskey downed before takeoff. But this year, his favorite watering hole offers a little more excitement than he expected.
Nikki McAvoy knows of only one way to make it through the holiday season unscathed, and that's by hooking up with a stranger on Christmas Eve. When she spots Rudolph at the bar, she knows she's got her man. A bit of flirting leads to much, much more... and soon Nikki is spread-eagled and tied to a bed, playing the kind of reindeer games she's only fantasized about.
But when a dead-ringer for Santa Claus barges into the room claiming Nikki has ruined Christmas, she's got a lot of explaining to do…
She tugged at the belt holding her robe together and let it fall off her shoulders, revealing her nakedness.
Rudy swallowed hard. His eyes widened as he took her in.
“Santa looked pretty mad.”
“We talked this morning. He thinks I need a vacation.” He wrinkled the bridge of his flushed nose. “And more time up in the sky. To get used to it, he said.” Rudy shuddered.
She smothered a smile. “Maybe I can help.”
He looked skeptical, but intrigued. “How?”
“I’m a pilot.” She wound her arms around his neck and straddled him, climbing onto his lap. “Come to work with me. Isn’t it time you let someone else fly you around for a while?”
He nuzzled her neck. Even through the denim he wore, his cock pushed insistently against her pussy. She knew what to expect now, and the massive feel of him against her hot center brought forth a gush of liquid warmth.
“You’re the best Christmas gift I’ve ever gotten,” Rudy whispered in her ear.
“Ditto.” Her lips parted softly on a sigh. “And I don’t even like Christmas.”
“That makes two of us.” He chuckled against her throat. “Just don’t tell Santa.”
“Your secrets are safe with me.” She pulled back a fraction and winked at him. “On one condition.”
“As long as we’re together, no one else gets to play reindeer sex games with you.” She thrust out her hand. “Deal?”
Next is Raven's Ribbon Room by Megan Slayer
Ribbons aren’t just for decorating anymore.
Daria Elf never expected to be moved to the velvet ribbon department right before Christmas. She also never expected her boss to be the object of her wettest fantasies. Can she keep her cool, or will she end up on Raven's Naughty List?
Raven Elf has his sights set on Daria. He wants her for his department, his bed and bound in his thick velvet ribbons. He'll get his girl, but the hard part is convincing her that their connection is meant to last.

In the hallway, her friend Shawna grabbed her arm. “Hey, congrats on the move! You deserve a better department besides P&P. Santa probably saw your skill with the ribbons on the presents and decided to switch things up. Besides, you get to work in Raven’s Red Velvet Ribbon Room. It even sounds sexy.”
Daria knew better than to argue with her friend. She probably had been moved due to too many screw-ups. No one wanted to work with Raven. The guy glared all the time and hardly ever left the ribbon room. “Raven’s Red Velvet Ribbon Room sounds like a porn club,” she snapped. “But it beats getting fired.” She shuddered. Her father’s love of peppermint nog meant the family spent most of her childhood living on unemployment. Once she’d reached working age, she vowed never to be without a job.
“You’ll be fine.” Shawna hugged her. “I’m late for work. I’m now in the peppermint department.”
Daria waved at her friend, then headed down the hallway toward the ribbon department. A vision of Raven formed in her mind. The elf was handsome. Being the tallest of the elves, he naturally commanded attention in a room. His dark hair curled over his forehead, and his icy blue eyes bored through whoever he happened to be looking at. She groaned. Most of the elves were afraid of the hulking guy. She should’ve been. No, Raven featured as the main player in her fantasies. She wondered exactly what he did in the ribbon room to make it the stuff of legend.
Next is Yet To Come by Zenobia Renquist
He's so bad and so good for her at the same time.
Rae is a ghost of Christmas future. Her track record for making people see and turn to the light is unblemished, except for one man. Zane has hit her list for the third and final time. The incentive he wants to be good is one she refuses to give him. Rae cannot be with a man who allies so easily with bad, but her desire demands she not be without him. At sunrise Christmas morning, her powers fade and with them any chance she has of seeing Zane again unless he can convince her the best is yet to come.
Rae heaved a breath and rolled her eyes. “Present won’t be coming. Just me. Just Future.”
“I’m not your future.”
“You could be if you stop fighting me.” Zane crossed the room. “This is the third time, Rae. I’ve waited for you for two long years.”
Her name on his lips made her shiver with need. She should have never given him her real name, not that she had in the first place. Humans were only supposed to know her by her title -- Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. But things with Zane had gone horribly wrong last year. Unbidden emotions had caused her to confess her real name and reveal her true visage when she should have kept both closely guarded.
She stepped back quickly when he got within reach of her. “Don’t.”
“Don’t what? Don’t make you want me the way I’ve wanted you for the last year? Don’t strip you bare and love your body until you’re lost in pleasure and screaming my name?”
“Stop,” she rasped. “Th-that isn’t why I’m here.”
